VARIOUS ARTISTS: "The Rock Of Our Transition" (Borderdreams DVD, 2004)
Asfalto, Barón Rojo and Obús are the stars of this ‘rockumentary’ which narrates the story of the birth of Spanish Hard Rock during an extremely complicated period in Spain’s history. It is a musical journey remembering the events surrounding the cultural revolution that emerged after Franco’s dictatorship came to an end. It includes more than an hour of music videos, never before seen concerts, band biographies, discographies, hidden extras, and interviews with band members, journalists and other Spanish Rock legends that made their voices heard in a time when things seemed unchangeable.
Interviews with: Vicente Mariskal Romero, Joaquín Luqui, Miguel Ríos, "La Abuela Rockera", Lele Laina, Jose Luis Jiménez, Julio Castejón, Jorge G. Banegas, Jesús Caja, El Pirata, Sherpa, Carlos y Armando de Castro (Barón Rojo), Fortu, Fernando & Paco (Obús), Mariano Muniesa, and many more.
